In 2018 we organised yeast bread-making workshops with François Thibeault.
In 2015 we held a weekend workshop on building a wood-fired clay bread oven.
In 2014, The Creating An Edible Forest Garden course with world-renowned, cold climate gardening specialist Eric Toensmeier was a big success. Participants engaged in the design process, and had ample opportunity for hands-on work as well, also learn the art and science of habitat mimicry, polyculture assembly.
